Shipping and Costs

AstralSecret's orders are fulfilled in-house and can ship anywhere in the US (international folks, please see the "International Customers" section). I use USPS shipping, and prefer to ship "flat rate" most of the time. This allows me to add more supportive packaging (when applicable). Let's make sure your new artwork arrives home safely, with no additional weight-related fee (which adds quickly to the shipping cost). 

Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of ordering. If your package is unable to be shipped within 5 business days, I will reach out to you as soon as possible. From there, you have the option to cancel your order. The term "Business days" here is defined as being Monday through Friday, excluding most holidays.  

Below are the types of packaging/shipment that I currently use. Please note that some orders with an unusual size or shape may require customized and specific (non-flat-rate) shipping. Please see individual shop listings for item-specific shipping costs. Numbers are approximated. Please view USPS's shipping specifications for more specific information.

International Customers

Due to the ongoing shipping and tariff uncertainty, we unfortunately are not taking international orders through the store. However, we DO accept international customs (merch, painted garments, signs, mache creations, stage settings, backdrops, festival maps/flyers, etc.) on a project-by-project basis.
